Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’re here to help! Please note the following regarding our returns:
Return Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we do not cover these fees.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at oathleticsoccer5@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Ship It Back: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Be sure to keep a tracking number for your return shipment.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
